Our lower ground floor apartment is ideal for the family as it offers two bedrooms and its own garden space, perfect to expand out into on those glorious Scottish summer days. Perhaps you can enjoy an evening glass of wine whilst the kids are sleeping tight? Or how about our warm and cosy top floor apartment, also complete with 2 double bedrooms and a large open kitchen and living area keeping everyone within range.

Our apartments are located a mere 9 minute walk from Edinburgh’s main conference hub at the EICC and ideally located next to the City’s financial district. Perfectly accessible for all means of transport, being 10 minutes from Waverley and Haymarket train stations and located on the tram line for a quick journey from the airport. The apartments will ensure that you get a great night sleep ahead of your busy schedule the following day. Our ground floor and first floor apartments also offer a study area, perfect if you need to dive into work mode for an hour.
