INTRODUCING THE HUXLEY BAR

A relaxed and informal setting, the Huxley opens for breakfast bright and early at 8am serving a selection of traditional offerings and Scottish favourites.

From Midday you can enjoy a selection of burgers, hotdogs and small plates throughout the day and well into the evening in unique and eclectic surroundings – the perfect place to relax and watch the world go by.

The Huxley is open until 1am every night so there’s plenty of time to sample our wide array of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails. Why not try our cocktail special and see what our talented bartenders have concocted this month!

We are proud to be home to Kyloe Restaurant & Grill – Edinburgh’s premier original gourmet steak restaurant. Indulge in some of Edinburgh’s most coveted Aberdeen Angus steak, sourced from Hardiesmill Farm in the Scottish Borders, or sample our deliciously diverse à la carte menu featuring the finest in Scottish produce, expertly prepared to tantalize your taste buds.

Kyloe opens for lunch at 12pm and our full à la carte menu is available all day until 10pm Sunday- Thursday and until 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays.

Catering for parties of 10 to 20 guests, the Kyloe’s Private Dining room provides the perfect space for an indulgent lunch or intimate dinner, where you can enjoy the undivided attention of one of our dedicated team to tend to your every need. Set your own soundtrack on our Bose surround sound audio system or gather your friends to catch all the major sporting events on the 63” HD/3D TV.

The adjacent lounge bar provides a relaxing space for pre-dinner drinks or to gather afterwards with a digestif and conclude your meal with all the privacy and comfort of home.

Not just for tipples – Heads & Tales also serves a fresh and flavourful selection of dim sum dishes to complement the drinks selection. Everything is produced locally and freshly prepared every day.
